Sometimes the picture you have in your mind is totally wrong and this is certainly one of those times. When I first heard that this issue of the Nissan Skyline was going to be a dark pink colour I didnt think it was going to be a release that I would like. How wrong I was.

I am not beyond admitting a mistake and now that I see this Matchbox release I am happy to admit that I was wrong to pass judgement based purely on what I thought it might look like in dark pink. The casting itself is a great one so I already liked that aspect but I am so happy the way it has turned out.

I love the dark pink colour of the body and the way it is expertly highlight by the yellow, blue & purple design; of course it would be better if the model had the headlights and tail lights had also received a tampo strike or two but I guess you cant have everything.
