A classic Jag returns
Matchbox 5 Pack : 2021 #12 – MBX Exotics
After missing from the Matchbox lineup since 2018 we now see the return of the classic Jaguar E Type Coupe. Like the real thing this is a great casting and I am a big fan of it so was happy to see it return to the fold.
This will be the 24th variation of the casting since its initial release in the 2006 basic range.in a striking red; it has appeared in both basic range, 5 packs and premium lines until its retirement in 2018.
Like many of the releases this year this again is however just a reissue of an older version, sure it has an updated base but essentially it is the same as the basic range release from 2008

You can find this in the MBX Exotics 5 pack and its a welcome inclusion there, it can also be found as part of the UK collection which is a little disappointing; not for its inclusion but for the fact that the UK Collection is a higher priced range yet it has cars like this which are not unique or premium in any way.
