MB1166 : Henry J Gasser

The design of Henry J Kaiser (hence the name) these cars were the fore runner to todays funny car drag racers, the concept is quite simple a big powerful engine in the lightest possible body, now Matchbox have released one as part of the Matchbox Collector series.

I can see this one will be popular with a large section of the American collectors, maybe even with those that prefer Hot Wheels as it does for me really look like it would be more at home being released under that brand.
