1961 Ford Falcon Ranchero

Being an Aussie, I love a ute; after all its what we are famous for in the auto world and I have a special spot for the Falcon Ute; having one myself that I imported from Australia because they are just so much fun to drive.

This one will definitely find its way in to my collection and I suspect that will be the case for many adult collectors, but you do have to wonder what little kids think about it after all these are kids toys.

I love this one, the design captures the feel of an old ute so well its only let down by the lack of details on the front end.  Mattel have done so well with the tail light highlights and the tampo printing of the door handles and badges along the side its just a shame that never extended to the front end.
