MB1205 : 2016 Alfa Romeo Giulia
Matchbox MB1205 : 2016 Alfa Romeo Giulia (Toy Fair 2020)
This is the second outing for this casting, 3rd if you count the Toy Fair exclusive model from last year (2020) and it still has that WOW factor. So far we have only seen the two main releases, this one is a gorgeous pearl white colour and the other in red which I hope is not a sign of things to come.
I say that because back in 2007 Mattel released the MB715 Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GTA casting and due to a caluse in that licensing agreement meant that we could only see that model in either red or white; hopefully that is not the case this time as I would like to see more of this casting in a variety of colours.

As for this 2021 basic range model, there is not much more to say that the images dont already show, the colour choice is spot on and the decision to use all black modern 5 spoke wheels is without a doubt the right decision. I also love the tampo printing; again Mattel have really gone to town with some great detail on the front and rear lights along with the license plate and Alfa Romeo badges.
Another brilliant casting and a another definite inclusion to the collection
