MB1143 : Chevy C/10 Pickup

Matchbox MB1143 : ´63 Chevy C10 Pickup Truck (Moving Parts 2021)

Continuing on with the Moving Parts range today we look at another of the older models; again this is a great casting and with the opening bonnet makes it just that little bit better.  The engine is plastic which is a small let down and not tampo printed either, this does leave some room to improve the casting for a more detailed premium range in the future.

As much as I am loving these more detailed models, the fact that Mattel is modelling older models like this 1963 Chevrolet C/10 I cant help but wonder why they have discontinued the Models of Yesteryear range, a range that was more aimed to the collector of detailed older models.
